When will orders be shipped?
Shipping times will vary depending on where you are from and where you are shipping to within New Zealand. The majority of orders arrive at their intended location within 7 days. Generally, shipping within the North or South Island will be much faster than shipping between the islands.
Where do you ship to?
Shipping is available within New Zealand only.
Can I pick up?
No pick up service is available. However, Ting’s Handmade can be found in selected stockists. Please find the list of stockists here.
The order tracker indicates that my order has been delivered, but I have yet to receive it!

You can email us at info@ting.co.nz and we can help you rectify the error. Please email us as soon as possible to give us the best possible chance of catching the delivery before it is sent out. Unfortunately, we are not liable for deliveries to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
